• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged on arrival.
• To report a damaged item, please contact us at help@monteplc.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging.
• If approved, we will provide replacement or refund instructions.
• Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of texture/scent, or personal preference are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy
