Refund Policy

Returns:

We stand by every product we make. If it’s not right for
you, we offer a 40-day money-back guarantee.

This product is optimally designed for 1A–1B short to
medium-short hair. It may work on other hair types, but we cannot guarantee
results.

Orders placed outside of this hair-type category are not
eligible for a money-back guarantee.

Other eligible reasons we offer a full refund:

  1. Damage to product
  2. Loss of product during shipment
  3. Wrong item received
  4. Manufacturing defect
    (e.g., faulty cap, damaged tube, missing key/accessory)
  5. Accidental
    duplicate order caused by a system error

Any requests outside of these reasons are not eligible
for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

All refund or return requests must be submitted by
contacting our team at help@monteplc.com within 40 days of delivery.

Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Clear photo(s) of the product, showing the issue
